High School CIF Sports Physicals on May 4th

All athletes are required to have a sports physical to play high school sports. We have a doctor coming to SRA to do these physicals.

The physicals will be held in the gym on May 4th at 9:00 am.

The cost is $25 cash only.

Bring a parent with you as they need to sign the forms.

Forms will be provided that morning.

100% of the proceeds will be donated back to SRA Athletics!
