SRA is hosting the sports physical day on May 4th at 9:00am. Please make a note on your calendar.
This will fulfil the Doctor’s physical form in the SRA athletic handbook for the 2019/2020 school year.
All athletes on the HS Football, Dance and Cheer teams must have their physical and athletic handbooks turned in prior to the end of the school year!
Athletes on the middle school cheer team are also required to have a sports physical.
The cost is $25 at the door.
Physicals will begin at 9:00am.
